Usually, people do not have much-required documents to send them to the lenders while making an application. Some people do not have a fax machine or it may be out of order. The lenders charge the interest at very high rate on these loans. Sometime the rate may go up to 30 percent as well. Consequently, the salaried people have to make highly burdensome interest payments on total amount of loan. What is more disadvantageous is that the interest rate goes higher, if you extend the repayment.

Usually, bad credit history of the borrowers does not become a hurdle in the way of availing the loan. This is because the loan approval comes without any credit checks.

You can locate some of these payday loans at little lower rate of interest. This is because of the competition amongst the lenders. However, you shall have to compare different loan offers. Repay the loan from next salary cheque and avoid extending it.
